In response to suggestions given in the survey conducted by the CPF in 2020, the CPF is making it easier for residents to put forward suggestions / complaints to SAPS. There is a formal procedure for lodging complaints: emails should be sent to either Captain Olifant on SefaraMR@saps.gov.za or email@example.com or to the Station Commander on GopaneTZ@saps.gov.za. For those who want a less formal approach, the CPF is providing another option. Simply complete the form by using the link below and a CPF member will contact you to discuss your complaint. After the discussion, should you wish to have the complaint tabled at SAPS, the CPF will assist you in doing this.
